2006/2007 Membrain- leading media, entertainment & licensing company specializing in advising Fortune 500 companies on the future of integrating music, video and entertainment within their product offerings.

Project Mission was to develop a $2 million Pilot Program for McDonald’s Restaurants. The project was to develop a self-service kiosk that displayed music videos, dispensed top 20 CD’s and ability to order online from over 250,000 titles for home delivery. Project was delivered on time and within budget.

2008 Akuas is a Shore Excursion Company providing water transportation services to the cruise industry in Dubrovnik, Croatia.

Project Mission RA was hired by Jupiter Bank of London to conduct an interim management restructuring of the company. RA rescued the failing company from prior management, restructured company from bottom up, implemented sound reporting functions, reversed declining revenues, contained operating expenses, developed new brand and re-launched product to clients.
